Apply for CommonHealth Membership<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To join CommonHealth, your ideologies and work must align with our values. We are a pro-choice network supporting women’s autonomy and rights regarding Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). Follow the steps below to apply for membership:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Membership Application Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Submit Your Application<\/strong>
    Send your application to us detailing your background, work in SRHR, and your interest in CommonHealth membership. Please email us at\u00a0cmnhsa@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Steering Committee Review<\/strong>
    Your membership application will be reviewed by our Steering Committee. Once approved, we will send you the membership form along with bank details and payment instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Form Submission and Payment<\/strong>
    Complete the membership form and submit it along with the transaction details. We will cross-check the information and confirm receipt of payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confirmation and Communication<\/strong>
    Upon confirmation of payment, we will provide you with a membership receipt. You will then be added to our email list and other communication channels. For any queries and concerns, contact us at 8087321919.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Important Notice<\/strong>
    Please note that any direct payment to the SAHAJ account without proper application is not encouraged.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Mode of payment: The online payment of membership fee should be through NEFT. One can also pay by cheque.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    CommonHealth \u2013 Membership Application Form<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Membership is extended to organizations and individuals that agree with the mission and objectives of the coalition and are, or intend to be, active in promoting or supporting its work. Members will benefit from contributing to and learning from other coalition members. Individual members do not need to have the formal backing of their organization, but organizations must designate a contact person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
